The rays of HOPE in GYM

Something I would reckon the most in life is the high spirits that one gains through the workout sessions in gym. There is lot of positivity that one fills oneself with for the next 24 hours and gives one's best shots throughout the day. It is important to stay motivated and be in positive mood which would bring the fruitful and desired results. This would lead to emanation of optimism and positive energy into the environment which would turn the tables in favour of all the individuals around. The main thing to be kept in mind is to be happy, cheerful and hopeful all the time. The negativity shall itself drive away from the environment and takes one closer to where one wants to go in life.

I would like to narrate an incident from real life that filled me with the lessons of optimism and to look ahead in life with hopes and aspirations that would make life seem better for myself and others. It is a great delight to serve humanity through the teachings that life has offered me and taught me in the journey of life. In the life's process it is essential that one pays attention to the short details in life because they are bound to teach some of the significant lessons of life which would take one close to attainment of pure bliss in life.

The best optimism lesson to me life has been taught to me by one of my client who suffered paralysis attack who was so determined and optimistic to fight back life and stand on one's own legs fighting the odds that would come in his way.

After his way back from hospital and with the sessions of his physiotherapy, he was a regular visitor to gym. I was thrilled and shocked to see his determined attitude. Though it was initially it was difficult for him to move and take up with the workout, but later with each passing day he was improving upon his health conditions. The optimism in his attitude was laudable and worth learning. 

After 7 months of his strong will power and determined efforts, he was walking perfectly on his legs and was doing best among the rest in the gym. He was back to daily schedule and routine sessions in the gym. Through his determined efforts, he motivated everyone around him and encouraged so many other people in the gym.

Though I trained him, but he instilled in me the positive lessons of optimism and hopes in life. It is important for an individual to have hopes and aspirations in life to move ahead in life and fight the hardships in life with positive attitude in life. 

He filled me with the lessons of optimism to face life in a hopeful and helpful manner which would make differences in life. There is a lot to learn from life and we must always be ready to take learnings from life and we must give it back in the best possible way.
